- An Act to establish rules and regulations governing the subdividing and re-subdividing of land in the Territory of Guam; to provide for the preperation, filing and recording of subdivision maps; to designate the widths of streets and alleys, the lengths of blocks, the widths and areas of lots, the requirements for street, alley and other improvements and the provisions of bonds therefor; to give to planning commission jurisdiction and authority to act on subdivision maps; and to provide penalties for violations thereof; which act is adopted pursuant to Section 21, Article 3 of the Public Land Act.
