Bill No. 2-33 (LS) - B. J.F. Cruz / M.F.Q. San Nicolas

An act to add a new article 5 to chapter 8, title 4, Guam Code Annotated relative to creating a new “defined benefit 1.75” Retirement System; and to creating a new cash balance plan (“Guam Retirement Security Plan”) as alternatives to the defined Contribution Retirement System upon timely election in accordance with regulations to be promulgated; to amend §§ 8208 and 8209(a) of article 2, chapter 8, title 4, Guam Code Annotated, relative to increasing the defined contribution retirement system member and employer contributions to six and two tenths percent (6.2%); and to amend § 8137(b), article 1, chapter 8, title 4, Guam Code Annotated, relative to extending the amortization period of the unfunded liability for prior service.

Bill No. 20-33 (COR) - T.C. Ada / B.J.F. Cruz

An act to amend §§ 5425,5426,5427,5450,5452,5480,5481 and 5485(a) and (b) of article 9; and amend §§ 5703, 5705, 5706(b), 5707(a) and 5708, and add a new § 5710 to Article 12, all of Chapter 5, Title 5, Guam Code Annotated, Relative to legal and contractural remedies in Guam Procurement Law.

Bill No. 30-33 (COR) - B. J.F. Cruz

An act to amend § 30102 of article 1 of chapter 30, title 5, Guam Code Annotated, to require agencies permitted to retain counsel other than the Attorney General, to hire classified in‐house counsel, and to strengthen the Attorney General of Guam's cognizance of legal matters before the government of Guam.

An act to disapprove the proposed Chamorro Land Trust Commission (CLTC) Rules and Regulations for commercial use transmitted by I Maga’låhen Guåhan to the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan on June 3, 2015.

Bill No. 141-33 (COR) - B. J.F. Cruz / T. C. Ada / M.C. Torres

An act to amend subsection (l) of § 6101 of article 1; § 6302 of article 3; and sections of article 4, all of chapter 6, title 11, Guam Code Annotated, relative to clarifying the definition of electronic cigarettes, and raising the minimum age of legal access to tobacco products and electronic cigarettes to twenty‐one (21) years; and to cite this act as the "Youth Protection Act."
