Relative to commending Robert Hernandez of Inchcape PLC Group

service-oriented goodwill he has demonstrated to the people of Guam
during his tenure here, as well as to thank Robert and his wife, Kara,
for their enormous and wide-ranging contributions made to our

Relative to expressing the condolences of I Mina'Bente Nuebi
Na Liheslaturan Guhhan to the Hindu-Indian community
worldwide and in Guam for the tragic events of terrorism that
took place in Mumbai, India, from November 26 to 29, 2008,
in which nearly five hundred (500) people were injured or
lost their lives, and to express I Liheslatura's outrage at acts of
terrorism, which it considers atrocities and crimes against all

Division, The Forestry Division of the Department of

Relative to expressing the support of I Mina'Bente Nuebi Na
Liheslaturan Gulfhan for the Agent Orange Equity Act introduced
by the Honorable Congressman Bob Filner (D-CA) in the United
States House of Representatives on July 23, 2008, clarifying the
qualifications necessary for those with illnesses contracted due to
exposure to qualify for additional veterans benefits by mandating
the inclusion of those members of the armed forces exposed while
not explicitly on land, and to respectfully request that Guam and
other areas in the theater of operations for the Vietnam War in
which Agent Orange was stored and transshipped should be added
to the list of areas in which military and civilian employees who
