An act to add a new §(e) to §5123 of Chapter 5, Title 5, Guam Code
Annotated, relative to mandating the purchase or lease of Government of Guam vehicles that have a minimum average combined miles per gallon (mpg) of twenty-five miles per gallon (25 mpg); to add a new §(f) to §5123 of Chapter 5, Title 5, Guam Code Annotated, to establish a listing of those vehicles that meet the mpg standard; and, to add a new §(g) to §5123 of Chapter 5, Title 5, Guam Code Annotated, to allow certain specialty vehicles to be
excluded from the provisions of this act.

• Bill No. 310(EC)- An act relative to empowering the People of Guam to vote on the question of whether the Consolidated Commission on Utilities should be abolished, and on restoring the authority for establishing power and water rates to I Liheslaturan Guahan, thus providing safeguards on any unnecessary or excessive rate increases that significantly affect the livelihood of the People of Guam
• Bill No. 311 (EC)- An act to add a new Article 8 to Chapter 66 of 21GCA relative to collocation and wireless tower sighting.
